| 摘 要： | 目的]了解青岛市黄岛区急诊伤害发生的特点,为制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法]对青岛市黄岛区6家监测医院2008年接诊的急诊伤害病人资料进行分析。结果]2008年报告伤害病例7 863例。其中,男性占76.33%,25～44岁的占42.85%,文化程度初中36.36%、高中的占35.97%,本市/县户籍的占64.14%,发生在7～11月的占58.44%;发生在工业和建筑场所、公路/街道、家中的分别占29.29%、22.49%、14.88%;发生的主要原因是钝器伤、跌倒/跌落、刀/锐器伤、机动车车祸的分别占26.85%、20.97%、18.64%、15.53%;轻度伤害占73.38%。结论]男性、青壮年是急诊伤害的主要人群,钝器伤、跌倒/跌落是伤害的主要原因。
