| 摘 要： | 目的:观察重组水蛭素对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的防治作用.方法:采用D一半乳糖诱发白内障,从实验开始第4天起各给药组分别结膜下注射,双眼点重组水蛭素.在实验开始第8,14天用检眼仪观察大鼠晶状体的变化,并在实验结束后取晶状体,测定晶状体中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:重组水蛭素可显著推迟白内障发生时间,减轻混浊程度,降低MDA含量及增大SOD活力.结论:重组水蛭素对半乳糖诱导的大鼠白内障有一定的防治作用. |

| Abstract: | objective: To explore the therapeutical effect of recombinant hirudin on rat galactose cataract Methods: Evoke the cataract with d Lactose Give recombinant hriudin to the subconjunctival injection group and eye dropping group in proper ways on 4 th day after the experiment beginning Observe the changes of rat lens on 8 th and 14 th day Take the lens out when the experiment is over and estimate SOD vigor and MDA content in lens Results: Recombinant hirudin can repulse the cataract occurrence time,relieve the clouding level of lens,decrease MDA content and enlarge SOD vigor Conclusion: Recombinant hirudin has the function to cure the rat cataract induced by galactose |
