| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨球囊导管扩张术治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的方法及疗效。方法:选择1997年～2005年对经食管钡透及胃镜检查临床证实吻合口狭窄21例病人行球囊导管扩张术,其中食管癌术后17例,贲门癌术后4例。结果:21例病人球囊导管插入成功率100%,术后未出现消化道大出血、吻合口瘘等并发症。结论:球囊导管扩张术方法简单,效果满意,安全可靠,是目前治疗吻合口狭窄的好方法。 |

Clinical analysis on balloon dilatation for the treatment of postoperativeanastomotic stenosis in 21 cases with esophageal and cardiac cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the method and effect of balloon dilatation for the treatment of anastomotic stenosis in cases with esophageal and cardiac cancer.Methods:Twenty one patients with anastomotic stenosis confirmed through barium through the esophagus and gastroscopy were put into operation of balloon dilatation,of these,17 cases with esophageal cancer and 4 with cardiac cancer.Results:The success rate of operation was 100%,without complications such as gastrointestinal hemorrhage and anastomotic fistula.Conclusions:The method is simple,safe and reliable,the results is satisfied,the method is a good way of treating anastomotic stenosis. |
