| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外伤性视神经挫伤患者中视觉诱发电位（VEP）的诊断价值。方法：对112例经临床诊断为外伤性视神经挫伤的患者进行VEP检测。结果：112例患者（单眼101例,双眼11例）共123只眼,VEP检查结果均有不同程度异常。其中17例19眼VEP波幅明显降低（15.4%）,95例104眼单纯波幅降低（84.5%）,潜伏期延长者51例56眼（45.5%）。结论：VEP对外伤后视神经挫伤的检出敏感性较高,因此VEP对外伤性视神经挫伤的早期诊断、预后评估有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostiC value of visual evoked potential testing(VEP)in traumatio optic nerve injury.Methods:112 cases of traumatic optic nerve injury underwent VEP.Results:123 eyes of 112 cases of traumatic optiC nerve injury showed abnorrnal VEP including lower amplitude in 19 eyes of 17 cases,single lower amplitude in 1 04 eyes of 95 cases and prolonged latent period in 56 eyes of 51 cases.Conclusion:VEP is sensitive and valuable in eary diagnosis of traumatic optic nerve injury and evalu... |
