四君子汤对慢性铅中毒幼鼠血铅浓度的影响

目的探求中药四君子汤对幼鼠血铅浓度的影响。方法试验分为实验组和对照组,每组再分为3个浓度亚组。对照组分别用0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的醋酸铅溶液对幼鼠灌胃;实验组在给予相同浓度醋酸铅溶液灌胃之前,先用四君子汤对幼鼠进行灌胃。20d后测定幼鼠血铅浓度。比较两组对应浓度水平的幼鼠血铅浓度有无差异。结果利用SPSS12.0进行统计学配对t检验,实验组和对照组的幼鼠血铅比较结果为:t0.05%=3.073,t0.1%=6.000,t0.2%=4.973,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论中药四君子汤可以降低慢性铅中毒幼鼠的血铅浓度。

Effect of decoction of four mild drugs on the blood lead of immature rat in chronic plumbism

Objective To investigate the effect of decoction of four mild drugs on the blood lead of immature rat.Methods All rats were divided into two groups（experimental group and control one ）,and then each of which was divided into three subgroups. Rats in control groups were treated with 0.05%、0.1%、and 0.2% lead acetate by intragastric administration respectively. while rats in experiment groups were treated with gastric irrigation of decoction of four mild drugs before the lead acetate. Blood lead was detected after 20 days.Results Data is statisticdly analyzed with paired samples T test by SPSS12.0.There is a significant difference between the experiment group and the control one（P0.01） in the blood lead of immature rats.Conclusion Decoction of Four Mild Drugs can decrease blood lead of immature rats in chronic plumbism.
