| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)血栓形成的危险因素.方法:回顾性分析SLE并血栓病28例的临床资料.结果:28例中男6例,女22例,男女之比为1∶3.7;平均年龄(42.7±13.5)岁;平均病程(7.5±8.6)年;单因素分析显示:SLE-DAI、aCL、LDL-C、年龄、病程、男性、吸烟为血栓病的危险因素(P＜0.05);多因素分析显示:病程、aCL、SLE-DAI是血栓病独立的危险因素(P＜0.05).结论:SLE患者的病程长、aCL阳性、SLE-DAI≥10分是合并血栓性疾病的独立危险因素. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the risk factors of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） complicating thrombosis. Methods： The clinical data of 28 patients with SLE complicating thrombus were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the 28 cases, male were 6 cases and female were 22 cases, male vs female ratio was 1：3.7. The average age was 42.7±13.5 years. The average life duration was 7.5±8.6 years. Single factor analysis showed that SLE-DAI, aCL, I,DL-C, age, duration, male, cigarette-smoking were risk factors for thrombus, all P〈 0.05. Multivariate analysis showed that duration, aCL,SLE-DAI were independent risk factors,all P〈0.05. Conslusion： Long-duration, aCL（＋）, SLE-DAI≥ 10 were independent risk factors for SLE complicating thrombus. |
