2009年东莞市虎门镇院前急救流行病学分析

目的:分析东莞市虎门镇院前急救的流行病学特点.方法:回顾性分析东莞市太平人民医院急诊科2009年度院前急救资料.结果:患者以男性和21-60岁的青壮年为主,一天内在10-22时以及冬、春季院前急救较密集.外伤以车祸和头部外伤为主,非外伤中以神经系统疾病和心血管疾病为多见.结论:一天内在10-22时以及冬春季节应加强院前急救力量;本区域的院前急救重点是外伤和心脑血管疾病.

Epidemiological Analysis of Pre-hospital First Aid at Humen Town of Dongguan in 2009

Objective： To explore the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital first aid at Humen town of Dongguan.Methods： The data of pre-hospital first aid in department of emergency of Taiping people＇s hospital was retrospectively analyzed in 2009. Results： Most of the patients were men and adult people whose ages were between 21 and 60. Most of the cases happened during 10-22 o＇clock in the day or in spring and winter. Traffic accidents and head injury were more often in trauma. Neurological disease and cardiovascular disease were more often in no-trauma. Conclusions：To enhance the power of pre-hospital first aid at 10-22 o＇clock in a day or in spring and winter is necessary. The emphases of pre-hospita] first aid are trauma and cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases in this region.
