| 摘 要： | 糖尿病已成为一种严重影响人类健康的疾病。目前，我国糖尿病患者人数已达3千万，且其发病率正在逐年增加，因此，治疗该病和控制其并发症是十分重要的。随着分子生物学的发展，口服降糖药物的研制及使用也取得很大进展，许多新型口服剂已应用于临床。本文就口服降糖药物治疗糖尿病的进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus (DM) has become one of the common diseases which affects human health seriously.There are altogether 30 million patients of DM in our county,and the incidence of this disease appears to be increased in recent years.Therefore,it is very important to treat DM and control its complications.The research and application of oral hypoglycemic agents have been achieved remarkably because of the development of molecular biology.A lot of new oral hypoglycemic agents have been used in clinical practice.The article reviews the several advances on treatment of diabetes mellitus with oral hypoglycemic agents. |
