乳腺肿块的X线鉴别诊断(附34例分析)

本文通过对34例乳腺肿块X线表现的回顾性分析,总结出以下鉴别要点:1.如乳腺肿块具有以下特点中的两个,别应高度考虑为恶性肿块:(1)不规则,分叶状或带毛刺的肿块;(2)肿块内或邻近有砂粒状钙化;(3)肿块密度不均匀;(4)肿块周围见不规则透亮带。而特征性的钙化灶是诊断乳腺癌的可靠依据。2.之肿块周围均匀的,达肿块周径1/2的透亮带在纤维瘤与其它良性肿块的鉴别中具有重要意义。

X-ray Differentiation of Breast Mass (Analysis of 34 Cases)

The author analysed retrospectively the X-ray finding of 34 cases with breast mass and the folloing points for differentiation in nature of mass were summed up:1/one should think surely of that mass was malignant when two of following features were found out(l) The shape of the mass was irregulanr, lobular or having short needles. (2) There were sandlike calcific spots within the mass or near it. (3) There was a irregular transparent girdle arround the mass, (4) The density of the mass was inhomogeneous. 2. The regular transparent girdle aound the mass more than 1/2 perimeter of it was important in distinguishing fibroma from other benign mass.
