| 摘 要： | 目的 观察国产吉西他滨 (商品名泽菲 )加奥沙利铂 (商品名艾恒 )联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和不良反应。方法 5 2例老年晚期NSCLC接受治疗 ,方案为吉西他滨 0 .8～ 1.0 /m2 静滴 3 0mind1,8,奥沙利铂 13 0mg/m2 静滴 2hd1,3周为 1个周期 ,每个病例至少化疗 2周期。结果 总有效率为 5 0 .0 % ,其中CR 2 .8% ,PR 47.2 %。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制 ,血小板减少相对突出 ,消化道反应和肢端感觉异常反应轻。结论 国产吉西他滨加奥沙利铂联合化疗治疗老年晚期NSCLC有效率高 ,毒性可以耐受 ,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of home made gemcitabine oxaliplatin combination in elederly patients with advanced NSCLC.Methods 52 elderly patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with the combined chemotherapy(gemcitabine 800 mg～1000 mg/m 2 on day 1,8 and oxaliplatin 130 mg/m 2 on day 1). Each patient was given at least 2 cycles at an interval of 3 weeks, and the effect was then evaluated.Results The overall response rate was 50.0%. The main toxicity was bone marrow depression.Conclusion Gemcitabine oxaliplatin combination is effective and well tolerated for elderly patients with NSCLC. |
