| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MSCT对胃癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例经病理证实胃癌的MSCT表现。结果主要CT征象为胃壁增厚、僵硬、肿块。动脉期及门静脉期病变明显强化26例,其中以静脉期更显著14例;13例伴有周围脏器浸润和淋巴结转移,5例伴有远处转移。增强分期准确性达到80%。结论 MSCT增强可对胃癌作出更为完善的评价,有助于胃癌的诊断及分期。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on gastric cancer diagnosis value MSCT.Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases of pathologically proven were detected MSCT performance of cancer of the stomach.Results Mainly for the stomach wall thickening CT signs,stiff,mass.Arterial and obviously strengthened,portal vein period lesions in 26 cases,in the period of veins there are 14 cases and 13 patients with surrounding viscera infiltrating and lymph node metastasis,and 5 cases with distant metastases.Enhance accuracy 80% installment.Conclusion Enhanced MSCT can be made more complete assessment of gastric cancer,gastric cancer diagnosis and staging help. |
