摘    要:目的:调查当前医科大学生的焦虑、抑郁情绪,了解该群体心理健康状况.方法:采用Zung焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS),对266名医科大学生进行评估.结果:医科大学生的SAS、SDS标准分平均值分别为40.49±11.91、44.83±11.63,其中分别有27.44%、36.10%的学生存在焦虑、抑郁情绪(量表评分≥50).不同性别、年级和城乡类别的学生在SAS、SDS中的标准分平均值无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:不同性别、年级、生源地分别为城镇和乡村学生的情绪状况差异不显著,有部分学生存在明显的抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪.

Investigation of Anxious and Depressive Status in Grade One and Two Medical Students

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the anxious and depressive status in medical students. Methods: The psychological status of these 266 medical university students were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Results: The average score of these medical students is 40.49± 11.91 in SAS, 44.83± 11.63 in SDS. 27.44% and 36.10% of these medical students have significant anxiety and depression, which take up a comparatively large proportion. There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS average scores of students varying in grades, sexes and places they were born ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : The anxiety and depression of students varying in grades, sexes and places they were born have insignificant differences. Some students have compara- tively severe anxiety and depression.
