摘    要:
PBL(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学作为国外医学教育改革之一,已取得了很大的成功.我国也有部分医学院校试行开展PBL教学,但在教学实践中发现有其自身的特点,针对我国医学教育现状,尚缺乏大规模进行PBL教学的基础.现阶段医学本科基础课教学中仍不适合PBL教学,临床课教学中可适当辅以PBL教学,长年制医学教学中可加大PBL教学力度.

Abstract:
As one of the reform of medical education, PBL teaching abroad has achieved great success. China has also carried out pilot PBL teaching in some medical schools. We found China' s lack of foundation for large-scale PBL teaching. We believe that the basic course of undergraduate education is still not suitable for PBL teaching. Clinical teaching can be supplemented by PBL. Seven-year, eight-year medical education can increase its use of PBL.
