| 摘 要： | 目的总结采用第二足趾部分移植再造与修复小儿拇指末节部分缺损的临床疗效。方法应用吻合血管的第二足趾中末节部分移植再造拇指末节部分缺损35例。结果手术全部获得成功,经6~24月随访,再造拇指的外形、指间关节活动及指腹感觉良好,供足活动良好。结论第二足趾中末节部分移植是再造与修复小儿拇指末节部分缺损的最佳方法。
