| 摘 要： | 目的分析大隐静脉曲张术后复发的原因和预防措施。方法回顾性分析收治的30例(37条患肢)大隐静脉曲张术后复发患者的临床资料,所有患者均行下肢静脉顺行造影、彩色多普勒超声检查。结果复发的原因:37条肢体中有大隐静脉主干及其部分属支残存9条,合并交通静脉瓣膜功能不全8条,合并深静脉瓣膜功能不全9条,同时存在交通静脉瓣膜功能不全和深静脉瓣膜功能不全5条,合并髂静脉狭窄1条,出现小隐静脉曲张2条,深静脉血栓后遗症3条。结论术前全面的影像学检查和针对不同病因选择正确的手术方式是避免术后静脉曲张复发的关键。
