| 摘 要： | 目的建立肾石通颗粒中丹酚酸B的测定方法。方法以丹酚酸B作对照品,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量。检测波长286 nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果丹酚酸B在0.323 4~1.617 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程A=12 562C-1 423(r=0.999 8,n=5),平均回收率为95.42%,RSD=0.94%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可以作为肾石通颗粒的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Shenshitong Granules.Methods Taking salvianolic acid B as control article,the contents of salvianolic acid B in Shenshitong Granules was determined by HPLC.The detection wavelength was 286 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.323 4~1.617 0 μg.The regression equation was A=12 562C-1 423（r=0.999 8,n=5）.The average recovery was 95.42% with RSD 0.94%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Shenshitong Granules. |
