和厚朴酚治疗脓毒症器官损伤作用机制研究进展

摘    要:和厚朴酚是厚朴的主要酚类活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌等多种药理作用。脓毒症可导致多器官损伤和休克性死亡,发病机制复杂。和厚朴酚对脓毒症所致的器官损伤(心、肺、肝、肾、脑)具有改善作用和降低脓毒症的死亡率,其治疗脓毒症所致的器官损伤的机制包括抑制氧化应激、抑制炎症因子、抑制细胞凋亡、阻断细胞焦亡、激活自噬和调节多种信号通路等。通过对脓毒症的发病机制简要概述,并对和厚朴酚治疗脓毒症所致器官损伤的作用及机制研究进行综述,为和厚朴酚治疗脓毒症的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:Honokiol is the main phenolic active ingredient of Magnolia officinalis which has a variety of pharmacological effects including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Sepsis can lead to multi-organ injury and shock deaths with complex pathogenesis. Honokiol can improve organ damage (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, brain) caused by sepsis and reduce the mortality of sepsis. The mechanism of its treatment of organ damage caused by sepsis includes inhibiting oxidative stress, inhibiting inflammatory cytokines, inhibiting apoptosis, blocking cellular pyroptosis, activating autophagy and regulating multiple signaling pathways. This article provides a brief overview of the pathogenesis of sepsis, and reviews the effects and mechanisms of honokiol in treating organ damage caused by sepsis, providing theoretical basis for the study of honokiol in treating sepsis.
