排卵障碍型不孕症的中西治疗临床研究

目的:通过临床研究,探讨中西医结合治疗排卵障碍型不孕的方法。方法:将35例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医治疗。结果:治疗组排卵情况显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组18例,治愈15例,好转2例,总有效率94.44%;对照组17例,治愈10例,好转4例,总有效率82.35%。治疗组妊娠12例,占66.67%(12/18);对照组妊娠4例,占23.53%(4/17),两组治愈结果比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医在治疗排卵障碍型不孕症中相互促进,相互结合,可以取得很好的临床效果。

Clinical investigation on combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of ovulation dysfunction infertility

Objective:To explore ovulation dysfunction infertility treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine according to clinical research.Methods:35 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the patients in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,while the patients in control group were treated with western medicine.Results:The rate of ovulation in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0. 05); among 18 patients in treatment group,15 patients were cured and 2 patients were effective,the total effective rate was 94.44%; among 17 patients in treatment group,10 patients were cured and 4 patients were effective,the total effective rate was 82.35%.12 patients in treatment group got pregnancy,accounting for 66.67% (12/18); 4 patients in control group got pregnancy,accounting for 23.53% (4/17),there was significant difference in cure results between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine play synergistic effect in treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility,mutual promotion and integration can be achieved with very good clinical effects.
