| 摘 要： | 目的 考察壳聚糖絮凝剂澄清黄芪水提液的效果.方法 单因素试验考察了壳聚糖用量、絮凝pH、温度对絮凝效果的影响,将最佳絮凝工艺与醇沉工艺进行比较.结果 絮凝最佳工艺与醇沉工艺具有相似的澄清效果,且黄芪甲苷和总多糖保留率优于醇沉工艺.结论 壳聚糖可以用于黄芪水提液的澄清处理.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate clarification process of the astragalus aqueous extract using chitin flocculation agents. METHODS Chitosan amount, flocculation temperature and pH by the single factor were investigated. And the optimum of floeculation procedure with alcohol precipitation procedure was compared. RESULTS The optimal clarification proeedure could make the solution into clear as alcohol precipitation procedure was used, but the former reserved more effective on total polysaccharide and astragaloside I than the latter. CONCLUSION Chitosan used for clarification process of the astragalus aqueous extract is feasible. |
