| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术的围手术期护理。方法：对68例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行悬雍垂腭咽成形术,总结护理要点。结果：详细的术前准备和严密的术后护理,提高了手术成功率,降低了术后并发症的发生。结论：科学合理的护理措施是巩固手术疗效、减轻并发症、减少复发的重要手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To explore the perioperative care with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Methods ：68 cases of obstructive sleep apnca - hypopnea syndrome patients with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, sum up the main points of care. Results：A detailed preoperative preparation and stringent postoperative care, to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce pest - operative complications. Conclusion ： Scientific and reasonable care measures is an important measures to reduce complications, reduce relapse and consolidate surgical treatment. |
