精神科临床护士工作压力与心理健康调查分析

[目的]了解精神科临床护士工作压力与心理健康的相关性。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、护士工作压力源量表和症状自评量表,对精神科156名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]精神科护士工作压力较大,依次体现在工作环境及资源方面、病人护理方面、工作量及时间分配方面、护理专业及工作方面、管理及人际关系方面。症状自评量表各因子得分均高于国内常模（P〈0.01）。工作压力与症状自评量表各因子之间存在显著相关性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。[结论]精神科护士处于高强度的工作压力中,严重影响了护士的身心健康。建议管理者采取有效的措施缓减护士的工作压力,护士应正确对待工作压力,掌握适合自己的减压方式。

Investigation and analysis of work pressure and psychological health of clinical nurses in psychiatric department

Objective：To know the relationship between work pressure and psychological health of clinical nurses in psychiatric department.Methods：A total of 156 nurses in psychiatric department were investigated by adopting general condition questionnaire,work pressure source rating scale and symptom self-evaluation questionnaire.Results： Work pressure of clinical nurses in psychiatric department was very heavy which reflected in order as following fields：work environment and resources,nursing care of patients,work load and time distribution,nursing speciality and work,management and interpersonal relationship.Scores of factors symptom self-evaluation questionnaire of all nurses were higher than the norm in China（P0.01）.There were significant relations between work pressure and each factor of symptom self-evaluation questionnaire（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：Nurses in psychiatric department work in a high-tension atmosphere.And psychological and physical health were badly influenced the high work pressure.Nursing administrators should take effective measures to relieve nurses＇ work pressure.Nurses should treat the pressure rightly and grasp some suitable decompression for themselves.
