留置尿管病人自我护理现状调查与对策

[目的]探讨留置尿管病人自我护理现状及对策。[方法]调查84例泌尿外科留置尿管病人对疾病相关知识（包括尿管更换、并发症预防）、对疾病的态度、尿管护理（固定、尿袋更换、会阴护理、饮食）、紧急情况处理的自我护理现状,探讨自我护理能力偏低的原因,针对性应用Orem自我护理教育措施进行改进,评价改进后效果。[结果]留置尿管病人自我护理能力偏低,改进后病人在自我管理行为的各项评价中明显优于改进前（P〈0.05）;并发症发生率较改进前明显下降（P〈0.05）。[结论]Orem自我护理教育能提高留置尿管病人自我护理能力,预防并发症。

Investigation of the status quo of self-care of patients with detaining urinary catheter and its strategies

Objective：To probe into the status quo of self-care of patients with detaining urinary catheter and its strategy.Methods：A total of 84 patients with detaining urinary catheter in urology department were investigated on disease-related knowledge（including catheter replacement and prevention of complications）,the attitude toward the disease,catheter care（fixation,urine bag replacement,perineal nursing and diet nursing） and self-care in dealing with emergency situations.Then the causes of low self-care ability of patients were explored.And by applying Orem self-care education measures to make some improvement.Finally the effect after improvement were evaluated.Results：The self-care ability of patients with detaining urinary catheter was lower.The evaluating indexes of self-management behavior in patients after Orem education was much better than that of patients before the education（P0.05）.The occurrence rate of complications decreased significantly compared with that of patients before the education（P0.05）.Conclusion：Orem self-care education can enhance self-care ability of patients with detaining urinary catheter,prevent complications,improve the quality of life and promote rehabilitation for patients.
