新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的护理分析

[目的]探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的护理体会。[方法]183例缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿根据其病情分为中度组和重度组,在综合治疗的基础上给予精心的针对性护理。[结果]中度组患儿总有效率为94.02%,重度组为93.87%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。[结论]新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病病情严重、复杂,精心的针对性护理对于保证临床效果很有意义。

Analysis on nursing care of newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective： To probe into the nursing experience on newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods. A total of 187 cases of newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were divided into midrange group and severe group according to the patients＂ condition ; all patients were given care- ful targeted nursing on base of comprehensive treatment. Results：The total effective rate in midrange group was 94.02% and in severe group was 93. 87%. There was no statistical significant difference in the total effective rate between both groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion. newborn with hypoxie isehemic eneephalopathy is complicated and serious, so the careful targeted nursing is meaningful for ensuring the.clinical effect.
