山茱萸的化学成分

摘    要:目的:对山茱萸的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法:运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:对羟基桂皮酸(1),山柰酚(2),槲皮素(3),山柰素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),柚皮素(5),7-脱氢马钱苷(6),马钱苷(7),阿江榄仁树葡糖苷Ⅱ(8),山茱萸新苷(9),熊果酸(10),苹果酸甲酯(11),没食子酸(12)。结论:化合物1-5和8为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Comus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods as well as recrystallization. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxycinnamic acid (1), kaempferol (2), quercetin (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (4), naringenin (5), 7-dehydrologanin (6), loganin (7), arjunglucoside II (8),cornuside (9), ursolic acid (10), methylmalic acid (11), gallic acid (12), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 and 8 have been isolated from this herbal drug for the first time.
