紫花地丁的化学成分

摘    要:目的:对紫花地丁(Violayedoensis Makino)的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用色谱法进行化合物的分离纯化,通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离并鉴定出11个化合物,其中6个香豆素类:秦皮乙素(1)、东莨菪素(2)、菊苣苷(3)、早开堇菜苷(4)、秦皮甲素(5)、双七叶内酯(6);3个黄酮类:槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、芹菜素(9);2个甾醇类:β-谷甾醇(10)、胡萝卜苷(11)。结论:秦皮甲素、胡萝卜苷为首次从堇菜属植物中分得;槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、菊苣苷、早开堇菜苷、芹菜素均为首次从紫花地丁中分得。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Viola yedoensis, and its active components. METHODS: The Compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral data and other methods. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as aesculetin (1), scopoletin (2), cichoriin (3), prionanthoside (4), esculin (5), euphorbetin (6), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-β-D- glucoside (8), apigenin (9), β-sitosterol (10), daucosterol (11). CONCLUSION: esculin, and daucosterol were obtained from Viola for the first time, and quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside, cichoriin, prionanthoside, apigenin were firstly isolated from Viola yedoensis.
