| 摘 要： | 目的：研究两面针Zanthoxylum nitidum（Roxb.）DC.]根和茎的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离并纯化化合物,根据理化性质及波谱技术进行鉴定结构。结果：从两面针根和茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到两个苯并菲啶类生物碱,分别命名为：8-（2＇-环己酮）-7,8-二氢白屈菜红碱（1）和8-（1＇-羟基乙基）-7,8-二氢白屈菜红碱（2）。结论：化合物1为新化合物。

| Abstract: | AIM： To study the chemical constituents of the roots and stems of Zanthoxylum nitidum （Roxb.） DC.. METHODS： Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the constituents. Various spectroscopic analyses were involved to elucidate the structures. RESULTS： Two benzoc]-phenanthridine alkaloids, named 8-（2＇-cyclohexanone）-7, 8-dihydrochelerythrine （1） along with a known compound 8-（1＇-hydroxyethyl）-7, 8-dihydrochelerythrine （2） were isolated from this plant. CONCLUSION： Compound 1 was a new compound. |
