| 摘 要： | 1997年，Foley和Smit研制出经腰椎后路正中入路的显微内窥镜椎间盘手术（microendoscopy disectomy，MED）系统，这套系统具有创伤小，手术时间短，费用低，疗效确切等优点，能广泛应用于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗，对于多节段椎间盘突出，我科2007年采用后路腰椎间盘镜手术治疗45例（93个椎间盘），收到较好的效果，现报告如下。
