髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗浸润性膀胱癌

目的探讨浸润性膀胱癌的非手术治疗方法。方法自１９９１年１１月至１９９８年１月应用髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗浸润性膀胱癌２６例，其中１２例行化疗泵植入术和盆腔内动脉再分布术。结果完全缓解率（ＣＲ）２３．１％（６／２６），部分缓解率（ＰＲ）６９．２％（１８／２６）；副作用较静脉化疗明显减轻。结论此种方法可以作为不能手术切除的浸润性膀胱癌的治疗或作为术前的辅助治疗。

Intra artery infusion chemotherapy for the treatment of invasive bladder cancer

Objective To evaluate the effects of intra artery infusion as a treatment for invasive bladder cancer. Methods 26 cases of invasive bladder cancer were treated with intra artery infusion chemotherapy. Chemotherapy infusion pump was implanted for 12 patients in all of them the contralateral internal iliac artey being embolized achieving a pelvic cavity arterial redistribution. Results The complete response rate (CR) and the partial response rate (PR) was 23.1%(6/26) and 69.2%(18/26) respectively. Less side effects were noted than that of intravenous chemotherapy. Conclusions This technique is indicated for unresectable bladder cancer and might serve as an adjuvant therapy before radical or partial cystectomy.
