粉碎性骨盆骨折并失血性休克的急救与护理

通过对８例粉碎性骨盆骨折并失血性休克的救治与护理进行分析，认为对粉碎性骨盆骨折并失血性休克病人在救护时，首先牢记切勿随意搬动病人，采用上肢静脉快速输血补液纠正休克，避免在伤侧下肢输液，留置导尿，排除尿道膀胱损伤，准确记录尿量，早期行骨盆牵引固定，防止再错位出血。

Emergency Treatment and Nursing for Comminuted Fracture of Pelvis with Hemorrhagic Shock

After analysis of the treatment and nursing for eight patients with comminuted fracture of pelvis and hemorrhage shock. Authors found that the vital measures as following:firstly,to avoid any unnecessary movement of patient, to fasten the speed of blood and liquid transfusion through veins of upper limbs to antishock, but do not use veins of the wounded lower limb, to keep indwelling catheter and to exclude the injury of urethra and bladder, to make exact record of urine volume,and to perform pelvic fixation by traction as early as possible to prevent from malposition and bleeding.
