亚低温治疗老年重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效

目的:探讨亚低温治疗老年重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:将48例重型颅脑损伤的老年患者随机分为亚低温组(25例)与对照组(23例)。亚低温组患者入院后行亚低温治疗,对照组行常规治疗。6个月后对两组患者的治疗效果进行GOS预后评分。结果:亚低温组恢复良好率为68%,死亡率为16%;对照组的恢复良好率为43.47%,死亡率为30.43%。两组结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗对老年重型颅脑损伤患者有较好的疗效,使其预后得到改善。

Effect observation of mild hypothermia treatment on severe traumatic brain injuries in old patients

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mild hypothermia treatment of severe traumatic brain injuries（sTBI）in old patients. Methods 48 cases were divided into 2 groups：mild hypothermia treatment group（MHG,25 cases） and control group（CG,23 cases）.CG received only routine treatment.And mild hypothermia was applied to the cases of sTBI in MHG.Prognosis was evaluated with GOS at 6 months.Results In MHG,the good recovery rate was 68% and death rate was 16%.In CG,the good recovery rate was 43.47% and death rate was 30.43%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Mild hypothermia is an effective method for the treatment of the old patients with severe brain injury.
