择期剖宫产现状分析与对策

目的:分析近年来择期剖宫产持续上升的原因,并对其各影响因素进行探讨,为采取行之有效的对策寻求理论依据。方法:对89例择期剖宫产产妇的临床资料、相关的随访信息进行综合分析。结果:89例患者因有医学指征实施择期剖宫产的为11例,占12.36%;因社会因素实施择期剖宫产的为78例,占87.64%。结论:社会因素是近年来择期剖宫产的主要原因,是一种违背事物发展规律的错误行为,给产妇和婴儿带来严重的医疗隐患。呼吁人们能正确认识剖宫产的医学行为,"减少干预,回归自然",实现产妇的完美人生。

Cesarean section analysis and countermeasures

Objective To analyze cesarean section in recent years, the reasons for the rise, and to explore its various factors,for taking effective measures for the theoretical basis.Methods 89 patients undergoing elective cesarean section clinical data related to follow-up data were analyzed. Results 89 patients had medical indications for cesarean section in the implementation of 11 cases,accounting for 12.36%;for the implementation of social factors for cesarean section in 78 cases,accounting for 87.64%.Conclusion Social factors are the main reason for cesarean section in recent years, is a violation of the law of development of things wrong behavior,to cause serious maternal and infant health risks.Urged people to correctly understand the medical acts of cesarean section,＂Reducing interference,back to nature＂and achieve the perfect life maternal.
