脑卒中患者中医辨证与视觉诱发电位的相关研究

目的：探讨脑卒中各中医证型与视觉诱发电位（VEP）的关系。方法：38例脑梗死患者辨证分为肝阳上亢组18例和其他证型组20例,正常组为健康人15例,均采用Nicolet Viking IV型肌电诱发电位仪检测VEP,刺激模式为全视野黑白棋盘格翻转图形双眼分别刺激。结果：与正常组及其他证型组比较,肝阳上亢组VEPP100潜伏期延长（P〈0.05）,VEP异常率较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：脑卒中肝阳上亢型VEP存在异常改变,可作为脑卒中中医辨证分型和中医治疗的客观指标。

Study on syndrome-type in TCM and its correlation with visual evoked potentials in patients with stroke

Objective:To explore the possible relationship between syndrome-type in TCM of cerebral infarction and the visual evoke potentials.Methods:38 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into liver yang type group and syndrome-type control group.The normal control group consisted of 30 healthy cases.Visual evoked potentials were recorded by Nicolet Viking IV in all cases.Results:In liver yang type group,the latencies of P100 peaks were prolonged compared with the control group.Conclusion:Visual evoked potentials were correlated with the syndrome-types of patients with cerebral infarction.It would be valuable for diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction in TCM.
