股神经阻滞联合塞来昔布与腰硬联合麻醉用于膝关节镜手术镇痛效果的比较

目的 比较股神经阻滞联合塞来昔布与腰硬联合麻醉对于膝关节镜手术患者镇痛效果的差异.方法 回顾性分析2013年8月至2015年8月在本院接受膝关节镜手术的82例患者临床资料,根据麻醉方式不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组行股神经阻滞联合塞来昔布麻醉,对照组选择腰硬联合麻醉方式,比较两组血流动力学、麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 两组在T1、T2、T3和T4时SBP、DBP水平下降,HR上升,不过观察组波动幅度明显小于对照组(P＜0.05).两组48 h VAP比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 股神经阻滞联合塞来昔布麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉的镇痛效果大体相当,不过相比之下股神经阻滞联合塞来昔布镇痛时间更长,适合需长时间麻醉手术患者.

Femoral nerve block combined with celecoxib versus spinal and epidural anesthesia for analgesia in arthroscopic knee surgery

Objective To explore the effect of femoral nerve block combined with celecoxib versus spinal and epidural anesthesia for analgesia in arthroscopic knee surgery.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery at our hospital from August,2013 to August,2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different anesthesia methods.The observation group got anesthesia by femoral nerve block and celecoxib and the control group took spinal and epidural anesthesia.The hemodynarnics,anesthetic effect,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results At T1,T2,T3,and T4,the SBP and DBP decrease and the HR increased in both groups,but the fluctuations were larger in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in 48 h VAP between these two groups (P＞ 0.05).Conclusions Femoral nerve block combined with celecoxib for analgesia in arthroscopic knee surgery is as effective as spinal and epidural anesthesia,but has longer analgesia effect,so it is suitable for surgery needing long anesthesia time.
