中医辨证治疗老年高血压病的临床效果

目的 研究中医辨证分型治疗老年高血压的临床疗效.方法 收集2014年6月至2016年3月期间在本院进行治疗的老年高血压患者146例,按照治疗方法的不同随机分为中医治疗组和西医治疗组,每组73例.治疗7d为一疗程,4个疗程后观察各组患者收缩压与舒张压变化情况,并密切关注患者身体状况.结果 中医治疗组总治疗有效率为89.84％,西医治疗组为76.71％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).中医治疗组各分型治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 中医辨证治疗老年高血压具有显著效果,能够有效降低血压,稳定血压波动情况,且副反应小,并发症少.

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy for senile hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy for senile hypertension.Methods 146 elderly hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016 were collected,and divided into TCM group and western medicine group in accordance with the different treatment methods,73 cases in each group.7 d as a course of treatment,after 4 courses of treatment,observed the changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP),paid close attention to patients' physical condition.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was 89.84％,that of western medicine group was 76.71％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate among the different types of TCM group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy has significant effect for senile hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,make blood pressure fluctuations stable,with few complications.
