nm23蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义

 为研究胃癌组织中nm23的表达与淋巴结转移及预后的关系，我们应用S－P免疫组化技术对105例胃癌nm23表达进行观察，并对其中59例患者随访。结果显示nm23蛋白阳性表达率为44.8%，nm23在胃癌的表达与分化，浸润深度、临床分期有关（P＜0.05），淋巴结转移阴性组的阳性率表达（70.9%）与阳性组比较（33.8 %）差异有显著意义（P＜0.05），随访资料证实nm23表达与患者预后有非常显著意义（P＜0.01）。提示nm23基因产物的表达可作为一个淋巴结转移和判断预后有用的指标。

Expression and Significance of nm23 Protein in Gastric Cancer

To study the relationship between expression of nm23 in gastric carcinoma and lymph node metastasis and prognosis.Expressions of nm23 in 105 cases of gastric carcinoma were observed by immunohistochemistry.Among them,59 cases were followed up.The incidences of nm23 protein positivity in gastric carcinomas were 44 8%.The results showed that 70 9% of gastric cancers without lymph node metastasis was nm23 protein expression and 33 8% of gastric cancers with lymph node metastasis was nm23 protein lower-expression ( P<0 05) .The expression of nm23 protein in human gastric carcinomas tissues was related to the differentiation,depth of invasion,TNM stage ( P<0 05) .Analysis of patient survival demonstrated that the prognosis of gastric cancer with nm23 protein expression was significantly better than those without ( P<0 01) .These findings indicate that nm23 protein may be a good marker of lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
