艾司西酞普兰合并阿立哌唑治疗难治性抑郁症疗效观察

目的：探讨艾司西酞普兰合并阿立哌唑治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法：将64例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为研究组（艾司西酞普兰合并阿立哌唑）和对照组（单用艾司西酞普兰），疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗后两组HAMD、HAMA评分均较治疗前有显著降低（P〈0．05）。治疗后第2、4、6、8周末，研究组的HAMD和HAMA评分均显著低于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。两组不良反应均较轻微。结论：艾司西酞普兰合并阿立哌唑治疗难治性抑郁症能明显提高疗效，安全可靠。

A comparative study of Escitalopram combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory depression

Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Escitalopram combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory depression, nethods：A total of 64 patients with refractory depression were randomly divided into the study group with Escitalo- pram combined with Aripiprazole and the control group with Escitalopram for 8 weeks of treatment. The clinical efficacy and side effects were assessed with [lamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD ）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale （llAMA） and Treatment Emergent symptom Scale （TESS）. Results ： After treatment, the scores of HAMD and llAMA in two groups were both significantly lower than those before treat- ment. On the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weekend of treatment, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. No severe side effects were found in two groups. Conclusions： Escitalopram combined with Aripiprazole has bet- ter effect than escitalopram single in the treatment of refractory depression with satisfactory tolerability.
