躯体形式障碍患者心理健康状况与生活事件相关性研究

目的：探讨躯体形式障碍患者心理健康状况与生活事件的相关性。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和生活事件量表（LES）对30例躯体形式障碍患者（病例组）及30例正常人群志愿者（对照组）进行测查。比较两组之间SCL-90及LES评分的差异。结果：病例组SCL-90量表评分总分均显著高于对照组（t=4.507,P〈0.01）;生活事件总分、负性生活事件总分、工作学习方面负性生活事件因子分、家庭生活、社交及其他方面的负性生活事件因子分均高于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：躯体形式障碍患者心理健康状况较差,受负性生活事件影响较大,应重点关注。

The study of correlation between mental health status and life events in patients with somatoform disorder

Objective：To investigate the correlation between mental health status and life events in patients with somatoform disorder. Meth-ods ：30 patients with somatoform disorders（ case group） and 30 healthy volunteers （control group） were assessed with Symptom Checkist 90 （SCL-90 ） and Life Event Scale （LES） to compare the score difference. Results： The total score of SCL - 90 in case group were significantly higher than that in con- trol group （ t = 4. 507, P 〈 0.01 ） ; the total life event score of LES, the total negative life event score and the negative life event factor score in working and studying were significantly higher than those in the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Mental health status of pa-tients with somatoform disorders is poor, affected by the negative life events affect larger, should focus on.
