| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无神经症状的胸腰段爆裂性骨折手术治疗效果取决的相关因素。方法回顾分析121例胸腰段爆裂性骨折采用不同手术方式并平均随访2.3年。结果创伤的严重程度,手术入路,植骨与否,植骨方式在不同程度上影响胸腰段爆裂性骨折的手术效果。结论影响胸腰段爆裂性骨折手术效果的因素很多,应根据个体化差异选择合适的手术方式,提高手术治疗的效果。 |
