| 摘 要： | 本文报告风湿性心脏瓣膜病,人造心脏瓣膜替换术18例。术后因低心排、多脏器功能衰竭死亡3例。作者认为:人造心脏瓣膜替换术是治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病的有效方法,但在新开展心脏瓣膜替换术的单位,应严格掌握手术适应症,以单瓣替换术为首选,严重多瓣膜病变,伴重要脏器功能不全者手术应慎重。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the experience of carcdiac value replacement in 18 patients,3 patients died oflow output of heart and multiple organic failnre after operation,We consider that the operation ofcardiac value replacement is and effective method for the rheumatic mitral value disease,but in unitswhere this operation was nerly developed the indication should be strictly controlled.Single cardiacvalue replacetment was the first choice,and to patients with lesion of multiple Cardiac valueaccompanied with important organic functional tailure,replacement should be cautions. |
