| 摘 要： | 目的建立消炎散结胶囊的质量标准.方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的当归、红花、牡丹皮、延胡索等进行了定性鉴别.结果在薄层色谱的图谱中检出了当归、红花、牡丹皮、延胡索等的特征斑点.结论所建立的方法可行,重现性好,可有效控制该制剂的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Xiaoyansanjie capsule. Methods Radix angelicae sinensis, Flos carthami, Cortex moutan, Rhizoma corydalis in Xiaoyansanjie capsule were identified by TLC. Results Radix angelicae sinensis, Flos carthami Cortex moutan, Rhizoma corydalis could be identified by TLC, Conclusion The method is available with good reproducibility and can control the quality of this granule effectively. |
