| 摘 要： | "养胃阴"思想古已有之,在现代临床慢性胃炎的证治中,"养胃阴"亦是常用的治疗法则。通过对近十年在治疗慢性胃炎方面体现"养胃阴"治疗思想的文献进行整理研究,总结了这一思想在治疗此病中的重要作用及意义,并对"养胃阴"治疗思想的在临床上的具体运用,提出仍需注意的几点:(1)"养胃阴"的用药特点及治疗禁忌;(2)辨证施治,不可一概而论;(3)日常调摄,顾护胃阴。总而言之,灵活应用"养胃阴"思想治疗慢性胃炎,辨证施治,知常达变,便会取得满意疗效。
