临床护士心理健康状况与人格特征的关系

目的探讨临床护士的心理健康状况与人格特征的关系,为医院心理健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)对185名临床护士进行测评和分析。结果①SCL-90问卷显示,临床护士的总分和各因子分(除人际关系敏感外)高于全国常模;②与一般女性相比,临床护士在12个因子上存在显著差异;与一般护士相比,优秀护士具有高自律性、高怀疑性的人格特征;③稳定性、自律性与SCL-90得分呈显著负相关,怀疑性、忧虑性、紧张性与SCL-90得分呈显著正相关。结论临床护士的心理健康水平低于一般人群,其心理健康水平与人格特征之间关系密切。

Correlation Between psychological Health Status and Personality in Clinical Nurses

Objective To explore the relationship between the psychological health and personal characters of nurses.Methods 185 clinical nurses were investigated with SCL-90 and 16PF.Results ①Total scores of SCL-90 and scores of most factors in clinical nurses were significantly higher than those of the norm(P<0.01);② Compared with the general women,the personality of clinical nurses was significantly different;Compared with the general nurses,outstanding nurses display the personality factors of being more self-restraint and distrust;③The stability and self-discipline factors of 16PF were negatively correlated with the scores 0f SCL-90,while doubtness,anxiety,tension were significantly correlated.Conclusion The level of mental health of nurses was lower than that of the general populations.Nurses in stress and heavy responsibility were prone to psychological problems,and we should pay attention to the psychological health of nurses.
