微量泵高浓度泵钾在心脏瓣膜置换术后早期的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后早期病人采用微量泵高浓度泵钾的有效性及安全性。方法将心脏瓣膜置换术后早期病人76例按血钾浓度高低分为A、B两组,经颈内静脉泵入高浓度钾后,监测其低血钾纠正情况及安全性。结果两组病人经高浓度泵钾后,均在3~6 h内迅速纠正低血钾症、无恶性心律失常发生。结论心脏瓣膜置换术后早期采用微量泵高浓度泵钾可迅速纠正低钾血症,而且安全、有效,可在临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Objective In this study,we investigated the effectivenessand safety of complement high concentration potassium with micro-pump after heart valve replacement.Methods 76 cases of patients after heart valve replacement were divided into high(A group) and low(B group) serum potassium concentration.We pumped high concentration of potassium through the internal jugular vein,monitored the situation to correct hypokalemia and safety.Results After pumping high concentration potassium in 3 to 6 hours,the hypokalemia of both groups was rapidly corrected,no malignant arrhythmia.Conclusion Early after heart valve replacement pump high concentrations of potassium with micro pump,hypokalemia can be quickly corrected,and safe and effective.
