南通地区关节炎患者的生存质量评价

目的:评价关节炎患者的生存质量。方法:采用SF-36量表对151例确诊关节炎患者进行调查,填答方式为自填式。结果:在调查的关节炎患者中,≥60岁年龄组生存质量得分低于其他年龄组,农民生存质量得分低于其他职业(P<0.01)。关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节压痛等级越高,提示病情越严重其生存质量得分就越低(P<0.05)。结论:加强健康教育,关注老年患者及农民患者,采用社会保障制度以及农村医疗保健制度等有效措施,以提高患者生存质量。

Quality of Life of Patients with Arthritis

Objective:To evaluate the quality of life of arthritis patients.Methods:SF-36 was used to investigate the quality of life from 151 patients wih arthritis.Each of the patients was asked to complete a questionnaire about the quality of life,which had to be filled by the patient himself or herself.Results:The score in quality of life was lower in the group of 60 or more than 60 years of age than in any other age group,and in farmers than in people of other different occupations(P<0.01).The higher grade of pain,tumefaction and pressure pain of arthritis indicates the more serious the condition is,the lower the score in his or her quality of life is(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen education among patients with arthritis,pay close attention to old patients with arthritis and farmers with arthritis,and take effective measures to perfect the social security system and establish the system of medical health care in rural areas so as to improve the quality of life for all the patients with arthritis.
