中药玉屏风散对慢性氟中毒大鼠抗氧化作用的影响

目的:研究慢性氟中毒对大鼠抗氧化作用的影响及中药玉屏风散的保护作用。方法:将实验室大鼠随机分为四组,喂饲三个月后,制备为慢性氟中毒模型,测定各组的抗氧化指标。结果:与对照组相比,50mg/LNaF组血清GSH-Px、SOD活性显著减低(P<0.05),LPO含量增加(P<0.05),150mg/L NaF组各项指标与50mg/L NaF组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而用中药灌胃的高剂量组同150mg/L NaF组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),GSH-Px、SOD活性的减低幅度小,LPO含量增加不如单染氟组多。同时中药组同50mg/L NaF组一些指标相比无显著差异。结论:慢性氟中毒可损伤机体的抗氧化功能,并具有一定剂量-反应关系,而中药可起到一定的保护作用。

Influence of chinese medicine on antioxidative effect in chronic fluorosis rats

Objective: To observe the protective effect of chinese medicine on chronic fluorosis rats.Methods: The 40 experimental rats were randomly divided into four groups.Atfer 3 months,antioxidant indexes were tested respectively.Results: Compared with that of control group,the GSH-Px and SOD activity in serum had decreased significantly(P<0.05).The content of LPO in serum had increased remarkably in experimental groups,and there were some significant difference existed in Group B and Group C(P<0.05),while the indexes of Group D had remarkable difference with Group C.At the same time,the indexes of Group D had no remarkable difference with Group B.Conclusions: Fluorosis could damage antioxidant effects and there were some dose-effect relationships existed.Chinese medicine had a certain extent of protective effect.
