| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨BD预设型动脉采血器与普通注射器抽取动脉血的临床效果。方法:对80例患者同时进行BD预设型动脉采血器与普通注射器穿刺抽取动脉血进行比较,对误抽静脉血率、一针穿刺成功率、混入气泡率、穿刺局部皮下血肿和瘀斑发生率、穿刺后压迫时间、疼痛程度、血气分析结果进行比较。结果:预设型动脉采血器误抽静脉血率、混入气泡率、穿刺局部皮下血肿和瘀斑发生率、疼痛程度明显低于普通注射器,穿刺后压迫时间减短(P<0.01),两种方法血气分析结果比较无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:预设型动脉采血器操作简便,不良反应少,结果准确,值得临床应用推广。 |
