牛脾转移因子及白三烯C4与异位性皮炎

用牛脾转移因子口服液（ＯＢＳ－ＴＦ）治疗异位性皮炎（ＡＤ）２ 例，井采用3Ｈ放兔法测定了ＯＢＳ－ＴＦ治疗前后ＡＤ患者及正常人血浆及外周血白细胞（ＰＢＬ）中白三烯Ｃ４（ＬＴＣ４）含量。ＡＤ血浆及ＰＢＬ中ＬＴＣ４含量治疗前均明显高于正常人，治疗后则无显著差异，ＡＤ的严重程度与ＬＴＣ４水平相乎行，提示ＬＴＣ４可能作为强效炎症介质之一介入了ＡＤ的发病过程， ＯＢＳ－ＴＦ则可能作为ＬＴＣ４的抑制剂对ＡＤ发挥了治疗作用。

Study of OBS--TF, LTC4 and Atopic Dermatitis

Using 3H radioimmunoassy, the levels of leukotriene C4 (LTC4) were determined in 25 atopic dermatitis (AD) patients before and after the treatment of oral bovine spleen transfer factor (OBS-TF) and 33 normal controls. The results revealed that the seventy of AD presented a positive correlation with the level of LAC4, and the levels of LTC4 in both plasma and peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL)in AD were markedly higher than those of normal donors (P<0.001). The authors found that the OBS-TF could significantly reduce the levels of LTC4 in both plasma and PBL, and significantly improve the symptoms and signs of AD. The results of our study indicated that LTC4 may be involved in the pathogenetic process of AD as one of the strong inflammatory mediators, and OBS--TF may play an important role as an inhibitor of LTC4 in AD.
