鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:
目的分析鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离株的分布情况和16种抗菌药物的耐药性,为耐药菌的抗菌药物选择提供依据。方法随机收集105株不重复鲍曼氏不动杆菌,采用K—B法对鲍曼氏不动杆菌进行药物敏感试验。结果105株鲍曼不动杆菌主要分离自ICU,神经内科和神经外科,标本主要来源于痰标本(95.2%)。药敏结果提示鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦最为敏感。耐药率仅为9.5%,其次对亚胺培南,耐药率为32.4%;而对其余抗菌药物的耐药率在54.3%~75-2%之间。结论临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对多种抗生素的耐药率高,且呈多重耐药。必须加强对鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性监测,指导临床合理使用抗生素。防止出现严重的医院感染。

Abstract:
Objective To analyse the distribution and its drug-resistance ofAcinetobacter baumannii isolated from clinic departments and to provide evidences for diagnosis and therapy of clinical infection. Methods A total of 105 Acinetobacter baumannii isolated were collected from Second Xiangya Hospital. The disk diffusion method (Kirby-Bauer) was used to determine the sensitivity of 16 antibacterial drugs. Results 105 Acinetobacter batmunanii were isolated from ICU, Neurology and Neurosurgery Departments, and the most were from sputum(95.2%). Antimicrobial susceptibility tests showed the resistant rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to cefoperazone/sulbatam was 9.5%, the resistance rate to a imipenem was 32.4%, and the range of the resistance rates to other antibacterial drugs was from 54.3% to 75.2%. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii, which were high and multiple antibiotic resistances, is one of the most important pathogens in nosocomial infections and the long time drug-resistance should be monitored to prevent the appearance of severe clinical infection.
