摘    要:
目的对4种基源的郁金进行性状及显微鉴定,建立1种简单易行的方法作为不同基源郁金的鉴定依据。方法利用感觉器官观察比较郁金的性状;运用显微成像系统观察比较郁金的横切面及粉末特征。结果4种基源郁金性状和显微特征均存在较大差异,可作为郁金的鉴定依据。结论综合2种方法鉴定郁金,可以保证郁金品质,为临床用药提供指导。

Abstract:
Objective To build a simple method to identify different sources of Radix Cureumae, through macroscopic and microscopic technology. Methods The shape and properties of Radix Curcumae were observed and compared by sense organs; the transverse section and powder features of Radix Curcumae were observed and compared by microscopic imaging system, Results The differences in macrospical and microscopic identification can be applied to identify 4 sources of Radix Curcumae. Conclution Curcumae Radix can be identified by 2 methods to assure its quality and promote its clinical application.
