颈动脉粥样硬化与糖、脂、尿酸代谢的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨颈动脉粥样硬化改变与糖、脂、尿酸代谢的相关性。方法:对本院427例体检者检测身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸等,同时做颈动脉彩超检测双侧颈总动脉内膜.根据超声特征分为动脉硬化组209例(增厚、斑块形成、管腔狭窄),内膜正常组(对照组)218例,分析比较两组间空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸水平。结果:检出组动脉硬化组较对照组收缩压、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。高血压、血脂异常的检出率增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:高血压、糖脂尿酸代谢异常可能是动脉粥样硬化发生、发展的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the correlation of carotid artery atherosclerosis with blood glucose,lipids and uric acids. Methods:Among 427 individuals who registered our hospital for routine checkup, measurement of body height,weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, lipids and uric acids were performed, as well as color Doppler uhrasonography to determine the intima of bilateral carotid arteries. Based on Doppler findings, these patients were divided into arteriosclerosis groups ( n = 209, thickened intima, formation of plaques or narrowed lumen) or the normal intima group (n = 218, control group). The correlation between arteriosclerosis and blood pressure, glucose, lipids ,uric acids were analyzed. Results:The arteriosclerosis group showed significant difference in systole pressure, fasting blood sugar, low-density lipoprotein as compared with the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and was with higher prevalence of hypertension and abnormal blood lipids ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Hypertension and metabolic disorder of glucose, lipids and uric acids may be risk factors for development and progression of atherosclerosis.
